Recruiting Process
Our recruiting process begins with info sessions and a coffee chat near the start of each semester. Attend an info session and coffee chat to learn more about us and our current members! An application and resume submission will follow afterward, and individuals who are selected will interview with a group of members. We open our recruiting process every fall and spring.

No. We’re proud to have a diverse set of majors on our team, ranging from business and liberal arts to engineering and natural sciences.

None. We’re looking for applicants who are willing to put in the time and effort to learn and develop themselves. In fact, a majority of our incoming class each year does not have previous finance experience.

We expect our new members to commit somewhere around 6 hours per week. At a minimum, we expect everyone to attend our weekly 2-hour meetings and complete semesterly pitch requirements.

In addition to general member requirements, freshmen experience a rigorous bootcamp curriculum covering accounting, valuation, financial modeling, M&A, LBOs, and other various finance topics. During the spring semester, freshmen will participate in a partnered capstone project. Additionally, freshmen and sophomores will write bi-weekly market updates.

We don’t have a predetermined number of applicants that we’d like to accept. We evaluate our applicant classes holistically and try to choose the best fits for our team. Historically, our incoming classes have been in the range of 2-7 “newbies” per semester.
